Images
Select the different wolf images you want to display in Carousel. Change the image size to ensure enough bandwidth to upload and display your wolf-themed photos. Select the photo size 250-by-200 resolution. You can choose a lower resolution for smaller pictures, however exceeding 250-by-200 resolution is unnecessary. A software editing program will help you optimize your picture size; the file size relates to how long it takes to download the photo. A decent time is 15- to 30kb-per picture.
Header
Incorporate your wolf theme into your blog header. The header is another area in which you can display images and wolf-related posts. If you do not want to put images into your header, use the header to create a color and font combination that reflects your wolf theme. Colors such as gray, silver and white are reminiscent of wolves and can resemble the fur of the animal. Transparent headers produce a 3-dimensional appearing image that you can use to capture a full moon or a lone wolf howling to showcase at the top of your blog.
Footer
Add extra wolf-themed components to your blog with the footer. Utilize this space to highlight extra links and different websites worth visiting. Showcase yourself by putting an "About the Author" section and highlight your other social media platforms. You can also incorporate images and colors into your footer if you want. This is the area in which to provide links to additional wolf information.
Sidebar
Your sidebar is an area in which you can display videos and widgets that showcase your wolf theme. You can also use your sidebar as a "Table of Contents," displaying what information is on your blog. Customize your sidebar using the "Design/Options" tab located in Thesis. Choose colors and images that display your wolf theme as a backdrop for your sidebar. Add in videos or a photo slideshow to finish off the sidebar.
