Fix any perennial overheating issues by using a damp cloth to thoroughly clean off any standing water or stone dust on the ʂ57;eld coil, carbon brushes and bearings. Such an affliction can affect air flow and cause overheating.
Inspect the key components of your unit visually and thoroughly on a regular basis. Look for chips or other damage on your power cord, GFCI and Saw Blade. If any damage is present, then have the faulty component replaced to return your saw to working order.
Cure excess vibrations by properly tightening the bolt that helps secure the blade in place. Turn the bolt counterclockwise to secure, and once it is hand-tight, use a 22-mm spanner wrench to hold Flange II in place; then ʂ57;nish tightening the ʂ58;ange bolt with a T-handle wrench.
