Things You'll Need
Instructions
Adjust your wrench so it's sized to fit the nuts that secure the wheel mounts to your luge board. Loosen the nuts to remove the wheel trucks on the luge board and gain easier access to the wheels, which will be lubricated to increase the speed at which they can roll.
Pry off the wheels from the axles of the luge board and place them aside.
Brush away any dirt and built-up grime on the inside of the wheels' bearings that may be preventing them from smoothly operating.
Apply the lubricant to the metal rings that make up the wheels' bearings. Apply a liberal amount to all of the bearings and wait a few minutes for the lubrication to soak in. Spin the wheels around the bearings in your hands to help distribute the lubrication. Wipe down the wheels to remove any excess lubrication.
Reinstall the wheels into the axles by popping them into place. Reinstall the axle trucks on the underside of your luge board and use the adjustable wrench to tighten the axles back on to the board.
