How to Make a Paper Bobblehead for Scrapbooking

A paper bobblehead can be made in less than five minutes by any beginner or novice scrapbook hobbyist. Yet these quick crafts add a disproportionate amount of fun to the scrapbooking project. Your friends and family will love flicking the little heads of your characters and interacting with your paper designs in a way they couldn't before. Try using bobbleheads on the covers of your scrapbooks or on birthday and other greeting cards.

Instructions

    • 1

Find a portrait of a person, critter or character that you want to create a bobblehead from. Look in books, magazines, photos or draw one yourself.

    • 2

Make two copies of the original image. The first copy is for the base head and the second copy is for the bobblehead.

    • 3

Cut the head out of the second copy. Cut carefully so the lines of the cut match the image.

    • 4

Cut a thin, long rectangle out of your blank scratch paper. Fold the rectangle into little squares over and over again so it scrunches up.

    • 5

Glue one end of the scrunched paper to the base head. Glue the other end to the back of the bobble head. Flick the top head to see it bobble.
