How to Face Paint a Simple Bunny Rabbit

Face painting is an activity commonly found during parties for children. The face painter is generally skilled in doing a variety of images. The painting can be of simple designs like butterflies and rainbows on a cheek. It can also involve more elaborate, whole-faced designs such as lions and tigers. Bunny rabbits are especially popular in the spring.

Instructions

    • 1

Use the black pencil to draw two vertical ovals around each eye. Each eyebrow should be inside the oval.

    • 2

Use the black pencil to draw the bunny's nose. To do this, start with one oval. Draw a outward curved line starting from the bottom of the oval and ending at the corner of the lip. Part of the cheek should be in the curved line. It should resemble a circle. Draw another curved line/circle on the other side of the face.

    • 3

Use the black pencil to draw a triangle on the upper lip. The ends of the triangle should meet with the curved line at the corners of the lip.

    • 4

Use the brush and dip it in the black ink. Fill the triangle completely with black paint.

    • 5

Use the black pencil to draw two large teeth. The teeth should start at the bottom of the lip and end in the middle of the chin.

    • 6

Clean the brush and dip it in the white paint. Fill in the inside of each oval completely with white paint. Continue to fill in the teeth with white paint.

    • 7

Clean the brush and dip it in the pink paint. Paint a small circle on the tip of the nose.

    • 8

Clean the brush and dip it in the gray paint. Fill in the inside of each cheek, all the way up to the nose and below the middle of the eyes, with gray paint.

    • 9

Dip the sponge in the overall bunny color and continue to fill in all unpainted areas around the face, outside of the black pen borders.

    • 10

Clean the brush and dip it in black ink. Draw on whiskers.
