Adjust the height of the mill drill's spindle box by turning the lifting hand wheel. Turn the wheel clockwise to raise the box and counter-clockwise to lower the box.
Adjust the position of the mill drill's chuck by pulling the handle shaft. Pull the shaft down to lower the chuck, and up to raise the chuck.
Adjust the fine feeding mechanism by pushing in on the clutch lever, then turning the fine feeding hand wheel. Turn the wheel clockwise to bring the tip of the chuck up, and counter-clockwise to bring the tip of the chuck down.
Move the worktable by turning the longitudinal feed hand wheel and the cross feed hand wheel. Turn the longitudinal feed hand wheel wheel clockwise to position the table towards the front of the machine, and counter-clockwise to position the table towards the back of the machine. Turn the cross feed hand wheel clockwise to move the table right, and counter-clockwise to move the table left.
Adjust the rotational direction of the chuck by turning the power switch from the "Off" to the "Forward" position to rotate the chuck clockwise. Switch to the "Reverse" position to rotate the chuck counter-clockwise.
Adjust the speed of the chuck by rotating the "High/Low" knob. When the letter "L" appears on the dial, the chuck is running at low speed. When the letter "H" appears, the chuck is running at high speed.
