Measure from one end of the golf cart to the other end with a tape measure. Obtain a cardboard box that has the same width as the measurement that was taken. Obtain a rectangular sheet of cardboard that has the same width as the golf cart measurement and is 2 feet wide.
Place a plastic tarp on the ground. Stand the box on the tarp with the open end facing up. Fold in the top flaps of the box. Tape the flaps to the inside of the box with strips of duct tape.
Turn the box so that an end faces you. Measure across the width of the box. Make a dot at the halfway mark on the top edge with a pencil. Draw a line along a 45 degree angle from the dot to the left side of the box with a straightedge. Draw a line along a 45 degree angle from the dot to the right side of the box with the straightedge. Cut out the lines with a utility knife. Cut up each side of the box across from the cut just made with the knife. Pull the cut cardboard out of the box and dispose of it. Repeat this entire procedure on the other end of the box.
Turn the box so that one side faces you. Measure across the width of the box and make a dot. Draw a vertical line down from the dot to the bottom of the box. Measure up two inches from the bottom of the box along the line. Measure an inch out from each side of the line at the two inch mark and make a dot.
Draw a horizontal line through the three dots. Draw a vertical line down from each of the dots to the bottom of the box. Cut through the top line with the utility knife. Cut through each of the vertical lines with the knife. Open the two doors of the barn you have just made. Close the doors.
Put strips of masking tape over the cuts in the doors. Shake a can of red spray paint. Paint the side of the box with the red paint. Paint each end of the box with the red paint. Let the paint dry for two hours and paint it again.
Place the rectangular sheet of cardboard horizontally on the tarp. Measure from one end to the other and make a dot at the halfway mark. Grip each end of the cardboard. Bend the cardboard up so that the dot is creased. Release the cardboard. Turn the cardboard over. Shake the can of gray spray paint. Paint the cardboard with the gray paint. Let the paint dry for two hours and paint it again.
Turn the box around so that the unpainted side faces you. Cut through the sides and bottom and top of the side with the knife. Pull the cardboard out from the box and dispose of it. Turn the box upside down. Cut through the bottom of the box with the utility knife. Pull the bottom out from the box and dispose of it.
Turn the box right side up. Turn the side of the box that has the barn doors so that it is facing you. Remove the masking tape. Paint white paint along the cut lines of the doors with a model paintbrush. Let the paint dry for three hours.
Cut a rectangle out from the side at the upper right corner with the knife. Pull the cardboard out of the box. Place a piece of wax paper against the cut rectangle from inside the box. Tape the wax paper to the box with strips of masking tape.
Place the box that is now a barn against the side of the golf cart. Tape the sides of your barn to the golf cart with strips of duct tape. Hold the cardboard sheet so that the two ends are pointing down. Place the cardboard sheet that is now a roof against the top of the golf cart.
Place double-stick tape against the back of your plastic farm animals. Open the doors of your barn. Press the animals against the golf cart inside the doors. Close the doors until you want to open and look at the farm animals inside your barn.
