Instructions
Attach one roof rack foam block to the center of the rear roof rack bar. Attach one roof rack foam block to the center of the front roof rack bar. Push the foam blocks down on the bar to lock them into place. The "V̶1; of the foam blocks should be pointing upward.
Lift the kayak and lay it on top of the foam blocks so it is centered in the ̶0;V.̶1;
Lay a nylon strap across the kayak above the rear roof rack bar so the buckle is positioned on top of the kayak. Grab the end of the nylon strap without the buckle and loop it underneath the front side of the bar. Pull it through to the rear side of the bar and route it over the kayak to the opposite side of the car. Loop the nylon strap underneath the front side of the bar. Pull it through to the rear and connect it to the buckle. Clamp the buckle to secure the nylon strap. Keep the strap taut at all times, but do not tighten it so the kayak bends. Repeat with the front end of the kayak.
Connect a bungee cord to the loop on the front of the kayak. Pull the cord toward the driver̵7;s side of the car until it reaches the bumper. Wrap the bungee cord around a metal part of the frame and secure it with the hook. Repeat with a second bungee cord on the passenger side of the car. The two bungee cords should form an inverted ̶0;V.̶1;
