Things You'll Need
Instructions
Mount the Rossi .60 engine into the chassis of your model aircraft with the screwdriver. There are four mounting holes at each corner of the base plate of the engine through which the engine's mounting screws can be attached.
Connect the fuel line from the model aircraft's fuel tank to the fuel intake hose for the Rossi engine. This is located just in front of the piston, near where the propeller shaft is located.
Install the exhaust system onto the side of the Rossi engine. This uses two screws that mount the exhaust flange to the engine with a screwdriver. Next, attach the speed controller to the engine's throttle control just underneath the exhaust with a length of sturdy steel wire.
Screw the air intake flange onto the Rossi .60 engine with the screwdriver and two screws.
Connect the airplane's battery to the engine ground and the spark plug, and then slide the aircraft propeller over the propeller shaft of the engine, followed by the nut to secure it in place. With this done, the engine can be primed with fuel. Spin the propeller with an electric drill to start the engine.
