Place the TAC-brand index card on a table horizontally. Fold the paper in half vertically and smooth the crease down. Cut through the crease with scissors.
Place one of the two cut sheets on the table horizontally. Fold the paper in half vertically and smooth the crease down. Rotate the sheet vertically and repeat the folding procedure, only lengthwise. Unfold the sheet and cut through each of the creases with the scissors.
Place the other cut sheet on the table horizontally. Roll the lower right corner up to the upper left corner to form a tube. Tape the tube closed at both ends with strips of cellophane tape.
Measure a 1/2 inch from one end of the tube. Cut through the tube at the 1/2 inch mark with the scissors.
Place one of the cut sheets on the table horizontally. Fold the sheet in half vertically. Unfold the sheet. Fold the top left corner and the top right corner in to the center. Smooth the crease down. Repeat this procedure at the other end of the sheet of paper.
Fold in each of the sides of the sheet of paper to the center. Smooth the creases down. Fold the sheet in half lengthwise. Repeat this procedure with another of the cut sheets of paper.
Insert the open end of one of the folded sheets over the other sheet so that the points are both at the same end. Tape the tips together with a strip of cellophane tape.
Stick the uncut end of the tube into the open bottom of the taped-together sheets. Tape the tube to the sheets with strips of cellophane tape.
Straighten the flaps at either side of the cut sheets. Measure in a 1/2 inch from each flap. Cut the flaps at the 1/2 inch mark with the scissors.
Roll the sticking gum into a ball. Push the ball into the front point of the dart.
