Things You'll Need
Instructions
Apply facial moisturizer all over the face. Squeeze your moisturizer onto your fingertips and massage into the skin. Carefully massage the moisturizer into the skin underneath the eye with the padding of your finger. Do not press hard or rub roughly.
Conceal any blemishes on your skin with a concealer stick. Dab the stick on any blemishes on the face. Gently pat the concealer into the skin with your fingertip. Cover up dark circles underneath the eyes by dabbing the stick underneath the eye and blending in with the pad of your fingertip.
Apply liquid foundation all over the face. Squeeze foundation onto your hands and massage into the forehead, cheeks, under eyes, nose and chin. Let the first layer dry and apply one more layer. Blend in near the neck and jaw.
Powder your face with setting powder. Dust the powder all over the face. Let the first layer set and dust your face once more with the powder. Apply as needed before photos.
Apply eyeliner. Use black or another dark shade of eyeliner. Start at the outer part on the lower rim of the eye and stop a little past the middle of the rim. Apply a few layers of eyeliner. This helps it show up better in photographs.
Apply white or translucent shadow directly underneath your eyebrows. This highlights the eyes and makes them appear brighter.
Apply light eyeshadow to your eyelids. Lighter eyeshadows create a more "awake" look than darker shadows, which can create a "sleepless" look.
Apply lipstick. Use a shade of lipstick that is darker than what you normally use and apply two coats.
