Place newspaper on a work surface. Place the model car chassis on the newspaper with the top facing up. Shake the can of Tamiya PS/PC spray paint for 30 seconds.
Shake the can of Tamiya PS/PC spray paint for 30 seconds. Hold the can about 6 inches away from the model. Press the button to spray the paint from the nozzle. Slowly move the nozzle horizontally across the top of the model car.
Reverse direction and move the nozzle back toward you on one of the car's sides. Move the nozzle across the front of the car and away from you on the other side. Move the nozzle across the back of the car.
Release the nozzle. Let the paint dry for the amount of time specified on the can. Shake the can for 30 seconds, then repeat the painting procedure. Repeat the procedure a third time.
Place the section of plastic parts that has the wheels on it on the newspaper. Dip a paintbrush in the acrylic paint bottle. Paint each of the wheels. Let the paint dry for the amount of time specified on the bottle
Dip a paint brush in the enamel paint bottle. Paint the "hubcap" at the center of each wheel. Let the paint dry for the amount of time specified on the bottle. The wheels can now be attached to the model car's chassis.
