Place one of the pieces of balsa wood horizontally on the floor. Place two pieces of balsa wood vertically on the floor. Place an end of each of the vertical pieces of balsa wood against the end of the horizontally placed balsa wood. Tape the ends of the pieces of balsa wood together with duct tape.
Place the other piece of balsa wood horizontally on the floor. Line up the ends of the vertical pieces of balsa wood with the ends of the horizontal piece of balsa wood. Tape the ends together with duct tape.
Measure 2 inches in from the top-left corner of the square you have made from the balsa wood. Make a dot with the grease pencil. Measure 2 inches across from the dot, and make another dot. Repeat this procedure until you reach the other end of the balsa wood.
Measure 2 inches down from the upper-right corner. Make a dot with the grease pencil. Measure 2 inches down from the dot and make another dot. Repeat this procedure until you reach the other end of the balsa wood.
Measure 2 inches in from the bottom-right corner. Make a dot with the grease pencil. Measure 2 inches across from the dot and make another dot. Repeat this procedure until you reach the other end of the balsa wood.
Measure 2 inches up from the bottom-left corner. Make a dot with the grease pencil. Measure 2 inches up from the dot and make another dot. Repeat this procedure until you reach the other end of the balsa wood.
Place an end of a streamer on each of the dots. Tape the streamers to the balsa wood with strips of duct tape.
Turn the balsa wood square you have made over. Place the hook of a coat hanger around each side of the square. Tape the hook to the balsa wood with strips of duct tape. Tape the bottom of each coat hanger to the bottom of another coat hanger with strips of duct tape.
Place the hooks of the coat hangers against the top of a bookcase or an open closet door. Smooth out the streamers so they fall straight down. Go inside the go-go cage you have made and start dancing.
