Point out the major factors that have led to your personal development. Communicate them in a chronological order. Only point out the main facts so that the listener doesn't become bored.
Identify the stages in your life to help you present the important information in a chronological way. For example, divide your life into childhood, high school, college, the beginning of your career and then a career change.
Present the information in the most engaging way possible. This can vary according to your audience. For example, if you are presenting to children, communicate in a playful tone. In most cases, a room full of students would like you to mix in some humor. A room full of professionals may need you to stick to interesting facts.
Describe your strengths and weaknesses. Explain ways you can improve yourself. Talk about what you have and don't have that others do or don't posses.
Explain your goals. Discuss where you see yourself in the next five, 10, 15 and 20 years. Highlight how you plan on achieving those goals.
