Place the base of the dental chair on the floor and verify that is does not rock or is sitting uneven.
Check that it is sitting flat on the floor, using the level. If the bubble on the level is between the parallel lines, the chair is level. Place a leveling pad under the base of the chair to level it, if necessary.
Insert the glide bar of the headrest into the guides at the top of the backrest.
Remove the screws that were used to secure the seat cushion to the rails, using the screwdriver. Separate the seat cushion from the rails.
Position the seat rails over the casting on the chair and align the mounting holes. Place a washer over a bolt and insert it into the hole. Tighten the bolt with the socket wrench.
Set the seat cushion on the chair. Insert the screws that were removed in Step 4 into the threaded inserts of the chair-mounting brackets. Tighten the screws with the screwdriver.
