Things You'll Need
Instructions
Cut the PVC pipe into: four lengths of 78 inches; two lengths of 30 inches; and two lengths of 41 inches for an 8-foot booth. Alternatively, use 64 inches for a 10-foot booth. You will also need four sections of 2-inch PVC pipes.
Construct the bottom of the PVC frame by laying out one of the 41- or 64-inch sections for the center piece. Add a T-connector to each end of the center piece. Use a 2-inch piece of PVC to join the T-connector with a 45-degree elbow on either side. Extend a 30-inch piece of PVC pipe to the 45-degree elbow on both sides. Finish with a 90-degree elbow at the end of each 30-inch pipe.
Repeat Step 2 to form the top of the PVC booth frame.
Connect the top and bottom parts of the frame with four 78-inch long pieces of PVC pipe. Use two of the pipes to connect the 90-degree elbows on either side. The remaining pipes will connect the top and bottom frames at the T-connectors.
Stand the completed frame up and check for stability.
Remove the three fittings on either side of the frame and glue them into place.
Hem three 80-by-58-inch cloth panels.
Attach the finished cloth panels to the PVC frame using a hook and loop.
Complete the fair booth by adding a table you have covered with a matching cloth.
Affix banners and signs to your completed fair booth frame.
