Instructions
Measure the width and length of the fabric sheet with the tape measure. Subtract 1 inch from the width and make a note of the measurements.
Transfer the measurement for the length to a 1-by-1-inch board and make a cut mark with a pencil. Cut the board with the miter saw. Repeat this step to cut three additional 1-by-1-inch boards.
Transfer the measurement for the height to a 1-by-1-inch board. Make a cut mark on the board and cut with the miter saw. Repeat this step to cut three additional 1-by-1-inch boards.
Form a rectangular frame, using two of the pieces cut to the height of the sheet and two cut to its length. Drill a pilot hole at each corner with the power drill. Fasten the pieces together with screws. Repeat this step to create a second frame.
Place the fabric sheet on the top of one frame. Fasten one edge of the fabric to the frame using the staple gun. Pull the fabric taut and secure the opposite edge to the frame. Repeat for the other two sides.
Set the second section of frame on top of the fabric. Drill pilot holes into the frame and then secure the two sections with screws to create a panel. The fabric will be sandwiched between the two wooden frames.
Repeat this process to create additional fabric wind-blocker panels.
