Fake Vintage Photo
Create a fake vintage photo of yourself or a friend. Research clothing and decor for a particular era such as the 1960's or Victorian times. Stage a photo background that appears authentic to that time period and dress in clothing known for that decade. Take the picture and produce in black and white or sepia.
Jigsaw Photo
Make a jigsaw puzzle using one of your favorite photos. Print the photo out in the size you want and glue on to a piece of cardboard or cardstock. Cut up the photo into curved pieces like a puzzle. Mix up the pieces and put the photo back together again or present the pieces as a gift to someone. You can also use software such as Brainsbreaker which will transform digital photos into puzzle pieces.
Greeting Cards
Use a white or colored piece of cardstock, folded in half, to make a homemade greeting card. On the inside top half, glue a photo that you have taken or that you like. On the bottom half of the card, write a personalized message or greeting. Make your own Christmas cards, birthday cards, Mother's Day card, get well card or thank you card.
Create a Photo Journal
Create a photo journal when going on a special trip, visiting someone or trying a new experience. Take as many photos as you can and then upload them to your computer. Add some interesting and appropriate captions or quotes to the photos. Print the photographs off and put them into a special photo album to tell your story. Alternatively, use a computer program such as Microsoft Powerpoint to make a digital album. Go online and share your album with friends and family.
