Things You'll Need
Instructions
Gather all the scrapbook supplies, stickers and decorations you plan to use when designing and working on your scrapbook. This step will give you an overview of the available decorations you plan to use along with a look at the adhesives you have in your supplies.
Look at the accessories you plan on using, including stickers and blank card stock paper. Check for adhesive that is already in place to avoid using too much glue or using glue when unnecessary.
Place liquid glue on a spare piece of paper or on your finger before applying it to your scrapbook decorations. This precaution will allow you to control the amount of glue on the designs and within the book, eliminating the risk of clumping and glue wrinkles.
Use a glue stick or a glue pen for more control when pasting items in the scrapbook. Individually spread the glue stick, and swipe it on the backs of the cutouts and scrapbook decorations before placing them onto your pages.
Spread the glue evenly on the decorations and on the scrapbook pages themselves before placing designs and graphics to ensure the glue will not wrinkle or have a bumpy or dented appearance.
Observe the decorations as they dry in your scrapbook. Use a blow dryer to help expedite the drying process. Watch over the situation carefully to ensure your decorations do not wrinkle or deform.
