How Can I Make My Own Mugshot?

Get your picture taken to use to create your mugshot. For the best results, stand against a plain background; however, any picture can work.

Visit the Investigation Discovery website. Search for the "Make Your Own Mugshot" feature. Fill in your information on the page and select a picture from your hard drive to use as your mugshot photo. Choose a body from the list for your mugshot and click "OK." Use the slider bars to customize the look of your mugshot. Click "Next." Drag any of the accessories you want to add to your picture and click "Finish" when you are done. Use the options to save or share your new mugshot.

Go to the Mugshots website. Click "Browse" and locate the picture of yourself that you want to use. Select it and press "Open." Enter your information in the appropriate boxes, including first and last name, height and location. Click "Upload." Use your mouse to draw around yourself on your picture and click on the scissors icon to remove the background. Drag the red line to your proper height and click "Apply." Choose the location of your mugshot plate in your picture and click "Apply." Choose a color for your background and click "Upload." Once your finished mugshot appears, right-click on the picture to save it to your hard drive.

Open the Fantasy Felon website. Click on "Make a Mug." Click "Browse" and select the photo you want to use, then click "Open." Select a mugshot type from the list. You can enlarge or shrink your picture as necessary. Select the way in which you would like to share your new mugshot with your friends.
