Things You'll Need
Instructions
Form a loop in the end of the braided section of cord. Make the loop about 12 inches long.
Wrap the loose ends of the cord around your left hand, forming a second loop.
Pass the looped end of the cord through the loop on your left hand about six times.
Pull the two sides of the cord gently to tighten the cord into a noose-like knot.
Roll the knotted portion back and forth between your fingers three or four times, then pull both ends of the braided rope once more to tighten the loop in place.
Pass the loop around the top of the fish hook to hold it in place. Pull the loose end of the braid through the loop to secure the hook. Trim the extra cord at the end of the knot, leaving one free end only.
