Things You'll Need
Instructions
Place the photo on the Plexiglas and position it, so that the photo is in the center. Trace the picture with the oil pencil: Be careful not to mark the picture itself.
Measure how many extra inches you would like to have surrounding the picture and use your ruler to draw lines marking that distance. If you do not want any Plexiglas framing the picture, skip this.
Cut along the outer lines with your saw. If your do not want a Plexiglas frame -- cut on the only set of lines that should be drawn -- which are the lines you drew around the picture itself.
Add glue to the Plexiglas using the paintbrush to thin the glue, so that it does not clump or drip. Line the inside of the innermost square with the cement and if you have only one square, line that with glue.
Adjust the photo, so that it is perfectly centered. Wipe off the oil pencil marks and any excess glue with a cloth. You may dampen the cloth if the marks or glue will not come off easily. Allow the glue to dry before handling the Plexiglas or picture.
