     Lower the front of the car by removing washers from the kingpin. Lowering the cart will increase the weight on the front.

     Move the tires in on the spindles. This will act to lower the cart as well, assigning more weight to the front.

     Move the driver seat forward in the cart. How much you move the seat will depend on the weight of the driver.

     Move any added weight forward in the cart.
