How to Replace a Trout Net

As the name suggests, a trout net is a net for trout. According to prizewinning angler and bestselling author on fishing techniques, Ann McIntosh, a short-handled net with a wide gape is preferable when wading. However, from time to time, nets need replacing. Choose a lightweight, clear, thermoplastic net bag for lightness and low visibility in the water. Choose a knotless mesh bag to avoid those all-too-annoying tangles.
