Instructions
Choose a spot that is surrounded by solid, level ground. Also check the opposite side of the fence to ensure there are no rocks or an uneven surface that could possibly cause injury if you land on it.
Back away from the fence with enough distance to allow a running start.
Run toward the fence. Jump up just before you reach the fence. Reach for the top of the fence and place both of your hands on it, with your palms turned down.
Pull the foot of your dominant leg up toward the fence. Place the foot on top of the fence and use it to push your body slightly forward. Follow through with your other leg by bringing it up and over the top.
Jump toward the ground. Land on the balls of your feet and bend your knees to absorb the impact of the jump.
