How to Correct Uneven Lip Liner in Photos

Sometimes, a perfect photograph is a rarity. So many different aspects of a photograph play an equally important role, from the subject to the lighting to the scenery. Luckily there are photo-editing programs available for those photos that need a little extra help. Many programs are available free online, like Picnik, that will help fix little flaws in your photographs, such as a subject who has uneven lip liner.

Instructions

      Go to the Picnik homepage at www.picnik.com.

      Click the "Upload a Photo" button on the left side of the window.

      Select the photo from your storage that you want to edit. Then click "OK."

      Click "Touch Up" on the toolbar near the top of the screen. This will open a new toolbar on the left side of the window.

      Select "Airbrush" under the Skin section. Adjust your brush size so that it is small enough to fit in the lip area. Then use the cursor to fade the excess lip liner with the airbrush tool. Click "Apply" when you are happy with the retouching.

      Select "Dodging" under the Advanced section and adjust the brush size again. Then use the cursor to smooth out the area around the lip liner. Click "Apply" when you are happy with the retouching you have done.

      Click the "Save and Share" tab near the top of the page to save your retouched photo.
