How to Make Blurry Photos Better

Pictures that are created by digital cameras enable photographers and designers to correct small imperfections in the images they create. Using sharpening tools in programs like Paint.net, GIMP or Adobe Photoshop take a blurry picture and make it appear sharp. Although these programs are fairly advanced, there is a limit to what they can fix. Pictures that are slightly blurry can be fixed. Pictures that are completely out of focus likely cannot be corrected.
