How to Write Stuff Around a Photo

Writing on a photograph can serve a number of purposes. A short caption can describe the moment captured, or a decorative border can add flair to a photographic birthday card. If the photo you want to write on is already printed out, a simple paint pen will be all you'll need. Editing the image digitally is also possible, and it allows you to perfect your work before printing or sharing the picture with friends and family.
