Turn your home computer on and open up Adobe Photoshop, GIMP or Paint.net. Adobe Photoshop is a program you buy. GIMP and Paint.net are free programs that are based on Photoshop. The wording is slightly different from program to program, but the steps are the same in each.
Click "File" and select "Open" from the drop down menu. Use your computer cursor and navigate to the folder containing the picture you want to edit. Highlight the picture and click "OK" to open the picture in the program.
Click "Enhance" in the navigation bar and select "Unsharp Mask" from the drop down menu. A dialog box will open with a small preview window. Click and hold the adjustment tabs to change the "Percentage" "Pixels" and "Threshold" until the image in the small window appears sharp. Click "Ok" and the program will add the adjustments to the picture.
Click "File" and select "Save as" give your edited picture a new name or title and save it to your computer.
