Things You'll Need
Instructions
Create a Graphic Overlay
Start Windows Paint and open your photograph. Select "Attributes" from the "Image" menu, and note the values listed.
Click "New" from the "File" menu, and the "Attributes" from the "Image" menu. Enter the values you noted from your picture. This will make the overlay the same size as the picture.
Uncheck "Draw Opaque" in the "Image" menu. This means that there will be no background color, allowing the photograph to show through.
Draw your graphics, allowing space for the parts of the image such as faces that you wish to show through.
Save the graphic overlay image using "Save As" from the "File" menu.
Overlay Your Graphic on the Photograph
Select "Open" from the "File" menu in Paint, and open your graphic. Use "Select All" from the "Edit" menu to select the entire image, then click "Copy" in the "Edit" menu to copy it.
Open the photograph using "Open" from the "File" menu. Click "OK" if asked whether you want to discard your previous work.
Select "Paste" from the "Edit" menu to place the graphic on top of the photograph.
Save your combined image using "Save As" from the "File" menu to create a new file name.
