How to Batch Download Photos From Thumbnails

Turn off you digital camera and remove the memory card from the camera. Insert the memory card into your computer's memory card reader. If your computer does not have a built-in reader, use an external reader. After the card has been inserted into the reader, wait a moment for your computer to acknowledge the card.

Position your cursor over the first thumbnail in the window that will open up after your computer reads the card. Click the first thumbnail in the window, press and hold the "CTRL" key and the "A" key to select all of the thumbnails in the window.

Create a new folder in the "My Pictures" folder on the computer drive. Click and hold one the highlighted thumbnails and drag all of the thumbnails from the folder in the card to the new folder on your computer. Release the mouse button and your computer will copy the images from the card to your computer.
