How to Make a Picture Title Page

A title page is the first page that appears on most reports. Whether it is a report for a course at school or a report for your boss at work, using a picture as a title page will add to the overall design and appearance of the report. After selecting an appropriate photo, you will want to add pertinent information including the name or title of the report and the name or names of the individuals who were involved in preparing the report.

  Search for a suitable image. If your report is on renewable energy, open a internet browser on your computer, select photos in the search engine and enter the words "renewable energy" and "alternative energy" into the search bar.

  Review the pictures that the search returns, and look for images you can download for free. Choose and download a photo that has a singe-color or blank area where you can place your type.

  Open the image in your photo-editing software. Select the "Text" tool and add the information to the title page. Select a text font, size and color that causes the wording to stand out on the image.

  Click "File" and select "Save as" give your photo a new name and save it to your home computer.
