How to Take Multiple Shots With the SL620

Introduced in 2009, the Samsung SL620 is a user-friendly point-and-shoot digital camera that takes quality pictures using basic yet creative enhancement options. One feature of this model is the ability to shoot multiple photos with a single press and hold of the shutter button, increasing the odds of snapping the "perfect" photo and enabling users to more effectively capture subjects in motion. With a convenient menu feature, users can quickly select this option and take multiple shots.

Instructions

    • 1

      Turn the camera on.

    • 2

Press the round "MENU" button, located on the back of the camera above the 5-function button. A menu displaying several options appears on the camera screen and "Functions" is highlighted in the top-left corner.

    • 3

Press "OK" in the center of the 5-function button to highlight the options on the right side of the menu.

    • 4

Press the "Macro/Down" button to scroll through the options, then press "OK" to select the "Drive" submenu.

    • 5

Select "Continuous" and press "OK." This option enables the camera to take pictures continuously, 1 picture per second, as long as the shutter button is pressed.

    • 6

Select "Motion Capture" and press "OK" if your subject is fast-moving or if you are photographing a sporting event. This option enables the camera to take 5 pictures per second, up to 30 pictures at a time, when the shutter button is pressed and held down.

    • 7

Press the "MENU" button again to exit the menus once you have made the desired changes.
