How to Convert Photos to Sketches

Digital photography has given amateur and professional photographers new tools and methods for creating versions of their photos. One conversion is to change your digital image from a picture so it looks like a sketch drawing. To do this you will need a photo editing program that allows you to make this type of change. There are a number of free and for-purchase programs available. Most have trial versions you can try. One program that has this feature is Adobe Photoshop.
