How to Print a Stereo Photo

Stereographic photography, also known as stereo photography, is the term for the placement of two similar but slightly different photos side by side. When a person views the photos by crossing the eyes, they will view the illusion of a three-dimensional photograph. You can create a stereographic display by printing two similar but slightly different scenes.

    • 3

Move the camera slightly to the left or right. Snap your camera again.

    • 4

Load these photos on your computer by placing your memory card in the card reader connected to your computer.

    • 5

Select "Print" and print print one full-size print of the first image and one full-size print of the second image.

    • 6

Place the images side by side on a board or screen. Hold your finger in front of your and in the middle of the two images. Allow your gaze to soften and your eyes to go out of focus. Cross your eyes by looking at your finger. You will begin to see in 3-D.
