How to Set the Canon 10D to Record Raw

The Canon 10D is a mid-level digital SLR camera produced by Canon USA. It features an image resolution of 6.3 megapixels. Settings on the camera enable the photographer to use automatic and manual functions. Picture formats the camera shoots include JPG and RAW. The user chooses the quality of the JPG images on the camera's basic setup menu. The RAW function records lossless images that don't lose data when edited repeatedly. Changing to this format requires a few extra steps on the Canon 10D.
