Instructions

    • 1

Separate each item belonging to your camera setup. Pack camera body, lenses, tripods, memory cards, film, etc., separately so they don't hit one another.

    • 2

Unzip a camera bag that has padding and adjustable slots that fit your equipment. Place each element in the bag and adjust the compartments so each piece fits snugly. The goal in packing them tightly is so they won't jostle around and damage delicate mechanisms.

Zip the camera bag and place it into your suitcase. Situate the bag so it is surrounded by clothes on all sides. Pack clothing around the bag so it doesn't shift out of position on the flight.

Wrap any equipment that won't fit into the camera bag in clothing, fabric or bubble wrap. Nestle it in among the clothes in the same way the bag was placed in Step 3.
