Things You'll Need
Instructions
Place your photographs in picture frames that fit exactly. There are many sizes available, such as 8 by 10 and 11 by 14. Picture frames that are the correct size are crucial to the overall look of your photograph.
Use nails to hang the picture frames on the wall. You can hammer the nail at an angle (facing the ceiling) so the frame falls nicely on the wall. Place the picture frames on the wall in different patterns. Arrange the frames based on size, placing an 8 by 10 picture frame next to a 5 by 7 picture frame for example. If you have an empty wall next to a staircase, you can hang your picture frames on that wall, descending downward.
Place picture frames in your hallway, using free-standing shelves. Free-standing shelves are polished planks of wood. Once the shelves are securely placed on the wall, you can put your picture frames on them. Picture frames come with an insert in the back that allows the frames to stand independently. Your frames will be able to stand independently on the shelves.
Use your mantle to display picture frames. Mantles on fireplaces are great areas to display picture frames. Mantles are ideal if they are wide enough to hold standing picture frames.
