How to Capture Photos With Pinnacle Studio 8

Pinnacle Studios 8 offers a variety of tools for the amateur movie maker. Each version of Pinnacle Studios gives users a slightly better user interface with basically the same directions for operating that user interface. Importing photographs to Pinnacle Studios 8 is a fairly simple process.

  Open Pinnacle Studios 8 from your desktop.

  Select "File" and "Import Media from Device." The "Import Media" dialogue box will appear.

  Choose what media you would like to view. Video and photos are selected by default.

  Click on the file name of the images you would like to import. Select more than one file by holding the "Control" key while clicking the file name.

  Check "Rename files" to remove the files after you import them. Images will retain the image number after the identifying text you enter is displayed. Check the "Delete files" box to delete the files from the import source and regain the storage space. Select the location you would like your imported files to be saved to.

  Click "Import" to begin the transfer process and capture the photos within Pinnacle Studios 8.
