How to Create Photo Mosaic in Lightroom

Using Photoshop Lightroom to create mosaics is surprisingly easy. Mosaics are perfect for layouts of family adventures, groups of friends and for use on your website in the form of banners and sidebars. The photographs you include in your mosaic should be clear and free of extraneous backgrounds.

Instructions

      Open your image in Photoshop Lightroom and duplicate the image onto another layer by selecting ̶0;Layer̶1; and ̶0;Duplicate Layer.̶1; Select the duplicate layer by clicking on it.

      Select ̶0;Filter,̶1; ̶0;Pixelate̶1; and ̶0;Mosaic̶1; and set the cell size to 13 squares. This number can be changed depending upon the size of your image and your preferences.

      Change the ̶0;Blending Mode̶1; in the layers palette to ̶0;Multiply̶1; and change the ̶0;Opacity̶1; to 50 percent to complete your mosaic.
