How to Send Photos to Be Printed at a Drugstore

With all the modern advances in technology, things that were once time consuming have become quicker and easier. Many business are benefiting from new technological advances. Pharmacies have automated systems for prescription refills, doctor appointments can be made online and pictures can be sent from your computer to a store for developing. Sending your photos directly to your local drugstore for developing is easy. Once the photo center receives your order, they develop the pictures and can often have your photos ready for pickup the same day.

  Choose a drugstore near you to make it easier for you to pick up your photos when they are ready.

  Visit the drugstore's website. If you are not sure what the URL is, simply search for it online.

  Look for the photo center tab or section. The websites for Walgreens and CVS have a photo icon at the top of their respective sites. Click "Photo" to go to the photo section.

  Create an account. Depending on which site you are on, click on the link to register a new account, then follow the steps.

  Click on the link to upload photos or create a new album, depending on which site you are using. Follow the directions in the new window to either upload photos or create a new album. Add a title for your album and the date that the album was created.

  Click "Select Photos" to upload photos to the album. A window will pop up displaying the photos that you have saved on your computer. Click on a photo to highlight it and then click "Open" to add it to the album.

  Once you have chosen all the photos you want or when the box gets full, click "Upload." If you want to add more, go back and add more photos then repeat the upload process.

  Click "Order Prints." Follow the steps to place your print order. After you have filled out the online order form, the site will tell you when your photos will be ready for pickup.
