Things You'll Need
Instructions
Place your photograph on a rectangular piece of heavy card stock. Decide on how big you want the frame to be. Use a ruler and pencil to lightly draw a rectangle of the proper size on the card stock. Then, trace the photo in the middle of the rectangle.
Cut out the rectangular piece of card stock with a craft knife. Then, use it as a template to trace and cut out a second rectangle.
Use a craft knife to cut out the smaller rectangle from the first card you cut out. Then, glue the two cards together so that the edges line up. You now have two rectangles attached, one with a cutout the size of your photo in the middle of it.
Decorate the frame. You can paint it, draw on it, or even cover it with stickers. It will also look good plain white.
Cut out a thin rectangular piece of card stock and bend it at 90 degrees. Glue it to the back of the picture frame so that the edge of the tab sticks straight out from the edge of the frame, holding it upright.
Glue the picture into the rectangular cutout. Place the frame on a desk or table for a nice display.
