How to Read Hindi Comics Online

One of the best ways for Hindi speakers to relive their childhood and for Hindi learners to practice a new language is to read comics. They may not be as popular as their American counterparts, but Hindi comics offer you the opportunity to experience Indian culture from a different perspective. It is a means of understanding the cultural view of heroes and villains, Indian's distinct sense of humor and the prevalent themes of the country's comic books, and you can read these books online.

  Visit Raj Comics, the website of the largest publisher of Indian Comics (see Resources). Select "Gallery" at the top of the page to enter the Main Lobby. You can find all the free comics provided by the website and even a selection of 3-D titles. This website also offers comics for children, which can prove useful if you are looking an appropriate story for your kids.

  Go to the Indiainfo.com website (see Resources). Click on the "Comics" option at the top bar of the page. You will be redirected to an online Hindi comics library. Select one of the titles and use the arrows to move to the next or previous pages. You can click on the page to magnify it, making it easier to read.

  Go to Online Indian Comics (see Resources) for more Hindi comics options. Scroll through the available issues and select one to open a Picasa collection page, with all the comic book's pages. Open the first page and navigate through the comic using the left and right arrows.

  Search for comics on the Neeshu website (see Resources). Choose "Comics" at the main page and browse through the available titles. This website requires you to register before you can start reading its collection of comics.
