Things You'll Need
Instructions
Place your finished quilt front on a smooth tabletop with the "wrong" side facing up.
Lay the batting material over the quilt. Check to see that your piece of batting is large enough to cover the entire quilt area. Cut off any excess batting.
Remove the batting and set it aside.
Apply small amounts of batting glue to the quilt front at 3-inch intervals. Work quickly so that the glue doesn't begin to dry before you are finished.
Place the batting onto the glue-covered quilt and gently press it into the glue.
Set aside the quilt front and batting to dry.
Lay the back of your quilt on the table with its back side facing up.
Apply the basting glue to the back side of the quilt at 3-inch intervals.
Place the glue-covered quilt back onto the batting. Make sure to properly align the two sides of the quilt. Gently smooth the pieces together.
