How to Make a Cardigan Out of a Crewneck Sweatshirt

Turn your favorite sweatshirt into an easy-to-slip-on cardigan. A sweatshirt is cozy, but sometimes you want something a bit easier to slip Into and out of, especially if you are layering it over other clothing. A plain sweatshirt cardigan is comfortable and inexpensive; perfect as an extra layer when your house is chilly. Sew some printed ribbon around the edges to make it nice enough to wear to casual events. This cardigan is also a great blank canvas for felt appliqués or fabric paint.
