Instructions

    • 1

Cut the fabric in 4 1/2-inch strips cutting in the direction from smooth edge to smooth edge.

    • 2

Fold one strip in half, keeping the printed or right sides together.

    • 3

Sew along the long edge 1/4-inch in to create a tube and flip the fabric right-side out.

    • 4

Iron a crease to mark the middle by folding the tube in half. Fold again so the tube is in fourths and iron another crease to create four sections. Fold the two outside edges of the tubes 1/4-inch in and fold to create a finished edge. Sew a seam across only the middle crease mark.

    • 5

Use the funnel or pipe to drop 1/8 tsp. of crystals into one side of the tube. Sew a seam across the crease mark just above where the crystals were placed in, creating a sealed pocket for the crystals.

    • 6

Place 1/8 tsp. crystals in the upper pocket, just above where you sewed on the quarter seam. Sew the edge of the tube closed creating a finished edge and finishing one half of the neck cooler.

    • 7

Repeat Steps 5 and 6 to complete the other half of the neck cooler.
