Men need time away from the stresses and pressures of life, where they can relax and spend time with their friends. You can deck out your cave in any number of styles to suit your tastes and hobbies. Decorate your man cave with a sports theme with just a little planning and preparation.

  Paint your room to reflect your sports interest. This can be your favorite team̵7;s colors, for example blue and silver for the Dallas Cowboys or green and yellow for the Green Bay Packers.

  Choose your furniture with the same theme in mind. Buy furniture with the same color scheme and the logo of your favorite team, if you can find it.

  Add memorabilia. This can include anything you have related to your team or sport; autographed items, posters, lamps, models or anything else that encompasses the sport you love. You can build shelves around the room if necessary or just scatter them on various pieces of furniture.

  Add a flat screen television, complete with full satellite or cable access so you can watch sports anytime you wish.
