Instructions
Fully inflate a balloon, then fold the balloon in half and twist the ends together to create a folded balloon.
Fully inflate a second balloon. Hold the tied end of the second balloon over the tied end of the folded balloon, then twist the second balloon and the end of the folded balloon to secure the two balloons together.
Fold the last 6 inches of the second balloon down, then grab the end of the folded-down section and the section of the balloon the end is folded over and twist together to form a small loop in the second balloon. Tuck the folded end of the first balloon through the loop to create the body of the dolphin, formed with the second balloon and the bottle nose, formed by the folded section of the first balloon emerging from the loop.
Inflate two balloons then twist the ends of the balloons together.
Wrap the two balloons around each other until half of the length of the balloons are spiraled together.
Bend the end of one balloon down to the point the wrap ends, then twist the end around the main body of the balloon. Repeat for the second end to create the tail fins of the dolphin.
Twist the base of the tail balloons around the twisted balloons at the back of the body to attach the tail.
Inflate a balloon, then twist one end of the balloon around the top of the body balloon. Secure the second end to the top of the body, creating a loop over the body.
Push the back side of the loop forward and press gently on the fold formed to shape the loop into a dorsal fin shape.
Inflate two eye-ball balloons if you wish to give the dolphin large, comical eyes.
Twist the ends of the eyes around the point the loop is formed on the body balloon.
