How to Replace Excellence-In-Competition Badges

The Excellence in Competition (EIC) program is a series of marksmanship competitions presented by the military, Civilian Marksmanship Program and National Rifle Association. These competitions are open to members of the Air Force Active Duty, Air Force Reserve or Air Force National Guard. Competitors earn points that count toward a set of badges. Occasionally, such badges are lost or stolen and must be replaced. Knowing how to do so can save time and frustration.

     Send a letter to the Headquarters Air Force Service Agency at "HQ AFSVA/SVPCL; Directorate of Programs, Air Force Fitness and Sports; Air Force Shooting Program Manager; 10100 Reunion Place, Suite 402, San Antonio, Texas 78216-4138." Be sure to include your name, rank and badge type.
