How do I Weave an Inner Tube Seat for Floating on the River?

Floating down a lazy, cool river in the heat of summer is among one of the more relaxing endeavors. When preparing to embark on this adventure, it is vital to bring certain supplies. To avoid the essential supplies from sinking in the river, it is important to weave them onto your inner tube and position them to make an inner tube seat complete with refreshments.

Things You'll Need

Instructions

    • 1

Wrap the duct tape tightly around the two inner tubes so that you have a double seat.

    • 2

Cover the bottom of one of the tubes with fish netting and tape it in position around the entire edges and then across the bottom as well to form a duct tape plus sign. This inner tube will be used for storing drinks.

    • 3

Place any additional items you wish to pack such as cigarettes, chewing gum, sunscreen or snacks in plastic zipper bags. Duct tape the zipper bags to the tops of the inner tubes for easy access.
